Fees: transparency and clarity
Each case is subject to a clear fee agreement: no surprises. The amounts below are indicative—the estimate depends on the complexity, urgency, and documents to be processed. The firm offers flat rates whenever possible, otherwise billing is based on time spent.

Plan
Time spent (complex or evolving cases)
For standardized procedures, a flat fee covers the analysis, drafting, and filing. Hearings and urgent matters may be subject to an additional fee. The exact amount is set in the fee agreement after a quick review of the case file.
When the case is complex, evolving, or multi-faceted, billing is based on time spent using an hourly rate specified in the agreement. An estimated quote and milestone updates are shared to keep the budget under control.
Examples of indicative packages (to be finalized in the quote)
Included: analysis of the decision and deadlines, drafting and filing of the appeal, and communications with the court registry.
Possible options: summary suspension proceedings (€800 incl. tax), emergency < 72h (€1,200 incl. tax).
Expected documents: OQTF decision (all pages), identity/residence permit, family and integration documents.
Includes: OFPRA reading, evidence strategy, drafting of the appeal, hearing preparation.
Documents: OFPRA decision, personal statement, identity/civil status, corroborating evidence.
Includes: audit, parts list, drafting, and filing.
Options: administrative/hierarchical appeal (€800 incl. tax), administrative court litigation (€1,200 incl. tax).
Documents: passport, presence in France, resources/employment, family situation, integration.
Included: emergency intervention (JLD/TA), preparation, and attendance at the hearing when possible.
Options: multiple travel and hearings (€1,200 including tax).
Documents: placement decision, notifications, identity, vulnerability, ties.
Included: urgency and resources analysis, motion, expedited hearing.
Options: additional audiences, execution (€500 incl. tax).
Any additional fees
- Travel / hearings outside Bordeaux (upon estimate)
- Service / bailiff / registered mail (if necessary)
- Sworn translations (if required)
- High-volume photocopies/scans (in case of exceptional volume)
Payment methods and installments
- Bank transfer, credit card, check
- Installment payment possible (to be agreed upon when opening the file)
- Retainer upon signing the fee agreement
Legal aid and legal protection
Depending on your situation, legal aid (total or partial) may be considered; a quick review makes it possible to check eligibility. Legal protection insurance may also cover all or part of the fees. Let's discuss this during our first consultation: we will choose the most suitable solution.
